With regards to Project Management and Contractual Claims, Er. Goh Cheow Leng Maria has been involved in the following works:
a. Owners’ or Contractors’ Project Management Consultant for Residential & Commercial Construction Projects e.g. MRT Projects, LTA Projects, and Government Projects, Commercial Projects & Private Residential Developments etc. Click
b. Owners’ or Contractors’ Claims Consultant for the Singapore Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2004, United Kingdom’s Housing Grant, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, New South Wales’ Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (as amended in 2012) & Malaysia Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (Act 746).
c. Prepare and review of contracts/agreements including Standard Contracts such as SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC, JCT, REDAS, FPSO, EPC, ICE, EIC, D&B & other specially drafted contracts, negotiations of contracts with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and agents and also managing post contract activities. d. Owners’ or Contractors’ Contracts Consultant involved contract drafting, contractual, variations and prolongation project claims including extension of time claims and effective negotiations for non-payment.
e. Owners’ or Contractors’ Claims and Contracts Consultant to assist in the drafting of Affidavits for Construction Arbitrations & Litigations.
