Er. Goh Cheow Leng Maria is a born Singaporean. She has been practicing in the construction industry since 1993 after graduation from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a B.Eng. (Civil). She was registered as the Professional Engineer of Singapore in 1999, Professional Engineer’s Registration No. 3495 & she is also a registered ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer Singapore in Civil Engineering, Registration Number ACPE-00150/SG. She obtained a good Degree of Master of Science (Civil Engineering) with the National University of Singapore in 2001 & has always attended various Engineering Courses to update herself, thus she has good knowledge with the latest development in the construction industry and has helped clients (Employers and Contractors) to turnaround troubled construction situations in giving good alternative engineering solutions and reduce project delays. Besides Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy & construction works, she also supervises Architectural, Interior Works and Mechanical & Electrical Works in her projects. She completed the LLB course with the University of London in 2008 & has been awarded the Degree of Bachelor of Laws (2nd Class Honours, Lower Division) & she specializes in Construction Projects Management & Claims, Construction Law, Commercial Law, Company Law and has successfully helped numerous clients in Business & Contracts matters, including variations, analysis and resolutions of delays and disruption related claims.
